How to replace parental controls when a child has a new phone?

When the child receives a new phone, it is necessary to add a new device from the parent’s application – generate a new invitation code, and repeat the configuration process on the child’s new phone.
Additionally, so that the old (unnecessary) profile is no longer visible in the parent’s application, it must be deleted. At the moment, the process can only be performed by customer service – please report such a situation to the application address (firstname.lastname@example.org), providing your account identification data (email address for logging in), as well as the name of the profile being deleted.
The license from the old profile will be honored on the new profile.
In the future, we will provide the option to delete unused profiles yourself.
